Corporate Finance Assistant Manager - Associate Director

Ambition are looking to speak to Corporate Finance professionals across the UK to discuss potential career opportunities going forward. We are working with a variety of advisory firms and corporate finance boutiques across the United Kingdom who are considering expanding their Corporate Finance teams within the coming months.

Our clients sit within the Corporate Finance mid-market space and tend to work on deals from 10m - 150m across a variety of sectors.

If you are in search of a new challenge then we are looking to speak to those with the following experience:

- Lead advisory M&A
- Transactions services (financial due diligence)
- Financial Modelling and Valuations

Our key clients ideally would like individuals who have a minimum 2years+ Corporate Finance experience and are ideally ACA / CFA qualified.
