Corporate Finance Assistant Manager

Ambition have partnered with this excellent Corporate Finance division of a top accountancy practice to hire a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager to join their welcoming team, in Bristol.

As part of their Lead Advisory team you will be focusing on mid-market M&A deals, both buy-side and sell-side. This team are rather sector agnostic, ranging from TMT deals, to Capital and Debt Advisory deals etc.

Responsibilities Include:

• Pitching, negotiating and drafting Information Memorandums.
• Reporting to senior team members on all phases of the transaction cycle and deal execution
• Maintaining client relationships within the local market
• Assisting in the development of junior colleagues
• Financial modelling including LBO & DCF analysis

Ideally you will be ACA/ACCA qualified.
