Corporate Finance Analyst - Lead Advisory - London

Ambition have been recently assigned by a top client to assist them with looking for an Analyst with lead advisory experience. A fantastic opportunity to develop your career at a leading M&A advisory firm looking to expand their team due to the level of deal flow.

Your responsibilities would include the following.

Execution of M&A and fundraising assignments
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Exposure to strategic advisory
Working on financial models, IMs and business plans
Preparing presentations

You would be required to be ACA/ACCA qualified with ideally 1-2 years of relevant lead advisory experience.

This role would be perfect for someone who is ambitious, confident working with clients and able to work under pressure.
