Corporate Development Manager

A top 50 international law firm is recruiting a Corporate Development Manager to be part of their London office on a permanent basis. This is a senior level appointment in which you will be working closely alongside the senior management team to analyze, drive and project manage global development and growth of the firm. You will be identifying merger opportunities, emerging markets relevant to the firm's organizational objectives and drive the corporate development of sector lead opportunities in new and existing regions.

This law firm already has an established international footprint with a clearly defined brand and market leading presence in the technology space. So any demonstrable interest in the endless variety that digital or technology can and may impact clients will be highly advantageous. The law firm, or wider professional services experience is welcome but not essential.

This is a self-starting, highly proactive role with a clear international focus and will suit a Corporate or Business Development Manager who is comfortable and experienced in working with C-Suite stakeholders. You will need to have excellent analytical and research skills, able to identify emerging opportunities and project manage highly sensitive and complex activity that will ultimately help grow and shape the firm.

Strong education and credentials are essential in this role. This role will be working in a high performing yet collaborative environment, based in offices in Central London with easy transport links. There will be occasional international travel involved.

This role is permanent but open to full time or part-time options.
