Client Relationship Specialist - Civil & Commercial
We are working in partnership with a legal organization to bring in an individual to drive their client relationship approach across their Civil & Commercial practice areas of the business. The individual will be tasked with analyzing the existing client base for new revenue areas through effective cross-selling measures, you will also be expected to strategically look at potential new clients to the business and facilitate these opportunities.
Prior experience to demonstrate;
- Experience of working in a client relationship position/duties where internal stakeholder engagement is critical to the success of your role
- An ability to report and interpret client data and revenues, able to effectively spot trends, opportunities and suggest improvements
- A solid understanding of how to develop key accounts, able to identify opportunities and utilize marketing, BD, and CRM systems to maximize client engagement
We are ideally looking for someone who has previous BD/CRM experience within professional services who would be open to moving away from the traditional setup and environment. We are open to current managers and individuals seeking to make the step up.
