Client Relationship Manager - Global Markets

We have been assigned a newly created client relationship opportunity working for a leading international law firm. Within this role you will be responsible for playing a lead role in building a global key account program working both regionally and globally.

I have highlighted below a short summary of duties needed to be undertaken in the role;

*Work in tandem with senior relationship partners to implement client retention plans, whilst developing initiatives to further enhance potential revenues from existing and new clients to the business.

*Produce and coordinate client focused insight utilising internal and external research alongside knowledge gained from the client listening program.

*Implement and enhance best practice across the geographic regions in relation to CRM providing adhoc support and insight to fee earners across the business.

We are looking for individuals with a thorough understanding of managing client relationships within the professional services environment, having previous Legal experience within this field would also be advantageous.
