Client Relationship Manager

A leading Global Property firm are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to support on a number of the firm's most valued and important clients which form part of the UK CRM programme. You will be based in one of the central London offices and will report into Regional Director of CRM.

The role will involve developing and maintaining relationships, in order to grow the income from these clients over the next few years.


Responsibilities

- Provide relationship development support by monitoring business updates and undertaking research on specific clients. This will include: their core business activities and trends, details of the clients property portfolio, marketing initiatives to date, and competitor positioning

- Working with key stakeholders from across the business to identify and create business growth opportunities

- Championing CRM best practice

- Collect and feedback from clients on the firms performance and service

- To work alongside client teams and draft up client business plans for approval by the client relationship lead

- Organise internal client team meetings to monitor progress against the agreed business plan

- To interact with client relationship leads including regular face to face meetings and to also ensure there is regular communication to the team

- Event management


Requirements:

- Must have business development experience

- Professional services experience is essential

- Confident and persuasive- able to communicate directly with and influence senior executives within the business

- Have an interest in property

- Must have the ability to work autonomously
