Client relationship Manager

One of the Top 50 award winning law firms have opened up a role for a Client Relationship Manager to join their London office on a fixed term contract of 12 months. This is a very exciting opportunity for you to get involved in a very popular firm with a great variety of clients for you to build strong relationships with. In this role you will be working with the head of client development as this is who you will be reporting to frequently, this is also a hands on role which you will be management a mass of data.

Main duties;

  • You will be providing day to day maintenance of the data including things such as tickets and new contact information/ review.
  • You will also administer the InterAction system which means you will be data cleansing, completely analysis and also management of the data.
  • As the manager you will be liaising with the different marketing teams on their projects and reports and helping them analyse the data successfully to further the firm's initiatives.
  • You will also act as a line manager and have great responsibility of the CRM executive and guide them in the right direction.
