Client Relationship Manager

A highly successful, international law firm are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their growing Business Development team in London. This law firm prides themselves on their expertise and the inclusive, open environment they have built within their workforce. They are a UK law firm with strong international presence in a number of jurisdictions offering full services corporate and litigious work.

They are hiring a Client Development Manager to work within their BD department to develop and drive the key account programme across the firm. You will work closely with the Head of Client Relationships and have executive level support, working alongside the BD specialists in the team, across the practices to develop the client relationships and revenue. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing specific relationships and account plans - acting as a Key Client Manager with client facing aspects
• Leading proposal responses (such as panel reviews) for existing clients
• Providing insights for client opportunities via research/analysis
• Encouraging the use of the firms CRM system, InterAction across the firm

The ideal candidate will have extensive business development and client experience within a professional services, ideally law firm environment. It is essential for this role that you have experience of successfully developing key client relationships. These clients have a complex and international reach and will require capable account managers who can effectively work with partners and be confident in a client facing capacity too.
