Client Relationship Management (CRM) Executive-Bristol
Reporting to the Senior Client Programme Manager this role will be responsible for driving forward the firms CRM database strategy. The focus of the role is to maintain the firm's CRM database
This role is for a 12 months fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
Ensuring client / target contact data is correct and regularly maintained
Increase the quality of contact data held
Promote the use of the CRM system
Work with key individuals to help provide a strategic focus for client relationship
Contribute to raising internal profile and internal awareness of the CRM system
Support developing and implementing the firm's internal and external marketing activities.
Project manage specific client related initiatives
Skills and Attributes
Excellent all round communication skills
A highly flexible approach
Excellent organisational skills
Experience of working in a professional services environment
Proven track record in database / CRM
Self motivated
The ability to present a professional and positive image at all times
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other colleagues
