Client Relationship Executive - 6 month contract
A fantastic opportunity for a Client Relationship Executive to join a well-respected leading Law firm for a 6-month FTC at their London office.
As Client Relationship Exec, you will be focusing on supporting the management of a number of key client relationships, sharing and encouraging best practice across the firm and helping to deliver excellent client service advice to partners and client teams.
You will be responsible for areas such as:
-Key clients - supporting production of client-related business analysis, building and optimising the network within the firm to support specific client relationships, playing an active role in pitch opportunities and working with client partners on projects of relevance.
-Growth Clients - supporting the annual client planning review, undertaking research and competitor analysis, reviewing revenue and profitability and working with the client partner service team on effective new and existing initiatives to increase revenue from these clients.
-Working with the Business development team members to support the on-the-ground targeting programmes and marketing initiatives
-Providing ad hoc CRM support
