Client Onboarding Systems Analyst

This is an exciting role for you to develop your career and be part of the well-established Group Finance Team and be responsible for Onboarding, Client Rate Management and Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
You will predominately be required to:
*Review commercial agreements related to rates management and billing requirements and create client onboarding plans
*Communicate with senior management regarding any issues.
*Manage e-billing related 3e system set-ups.
*Liaise with clients and third party vendors to ensure their aspects of e-billing system configurations are performed accurately and in a timely manner.
*Collaborate with and advise clients and third party vendors to ensure system configurations are optimised to support the most efficient process for all parties and improve working capital days
*Monitor implementations and ensure process and data flows are fit for purpose.
*Translate new and updated client commercial agreements into the 3e timekeeper.
*Advise the commercials team of any aspects of commercial agreements / proposals that impact our rates and ebilling processes and propose alternate approaches for discussion with the client
*Streamline 3e rate management processes.
*Create and maintain handover processes for the on-going update of timekeepers.
To be successful in this Client Onboarding Systems Analyst role you will have experience in managing commercial arrangements in a finance environment and be organised, have excellent IT skills including Excel and have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Experience in a law firm and legal services third party vendor e-billing systems would be advantageous as well as being a qualified accountant.
