Client Insights Executive

A leading accountancy firm are now on the lookout for a Client Insight Executive to join their headquarters in central London. This role is on a permanent basis and is within a well-established firm that is continuing to grow. As the Executive you will be working with the Head of Client Insight and will occasionally support the Head of Marketing.

Main responsibilities:

• Working with the team to ensure the development of the client insight programmes are in line with the business plans
• Supporting the Head of Client Insight to develop business plans, national reports and internal communications
• Managing and developing the proposal hub to make sure it is in line with the business feedback and making sure all BD content is consistent with the company brand
• To lead and manage the firm wide client care programme to provide insight to the performances of the firm and how effective it is to their clients.

This is an exciting opportunity which would be well suited to someone that has previous experience of a similar role. A good understanding of CRM systems is essential, as well as excellent skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience with working with stakeholders would be ideal too.
