Client Development Systems Administrator

A top International Professional Services firm are seeking a detail orientated and professional Client Development Systems Administrator to assist with the daily CRM database support, ensuring the database is updated, generating reports and undertaking data mining. A key part of the role would be to improve the quality of the data for the BD Strategy of the firm.

Your duties as a CRM Database Administrator will be:

  • Responsible for ongoing and regular data maintenance
  • Analyse data and troubleshoot when needed
  • Prepare and import data from a wide variety of sources
  • Create new reports to support Marketing and BD activity
  • Support in ongoing projects

If you are a well experienced CRM Administrator who has advanced Microsoft Office skills and has a good understanding of InterAction then this role is ideal for you!
