Client Development Assistant

To assist the Clients and Markets Team supporting with various BD and marketing activities
To proactively monitor and analyse market
Attend internal businesses development meetings, take minutes and proactively follow up on agreed actions
Improve and update client information on the firm's Client Relationship Management database
Work effectively with colleagues in other departments - especially Finance, IT, Knowledge management, public affairs and HR
Support the Marketing Communications Team at external and internal events when required.

Strong multi tasker with great time management skills
Strong administrative skills
Excellent IT Skills-Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Confident and approachable
Professional and courteous in all dealings
Some experience of Business Development in a professional environment Is desirable
