Client Development Advisor (Birmingham)
Work with key practice groups within the firm
Provide account management support to client leaders
Work with the Marketing Communications team to ensure BD and marketing plans and initiatives are delivered.
Proactively track and target revenue and client relationships
Constantly champion the use of the CRM system
Support the Pursuits team on personal injury focused pitches
To undertake any specific training courses as identified by the Director of BD.

Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
Service delivery focused
Excellent IT skills including the use of Excel spreadsheets, Word and PowerPoint
Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with change
Enthusiastic and optimistic attitude
Line management experience desirable
