Business Restructuring Assistant Manager
One of the largest and most revered turnaround and restructuring consultancy's in the UK is looking to hire a bright and highly commercial Assistant Manager for their core advisory team.
The firm have made some very senior hires over the past 12-18 months which has helped push them forward as one of the major restructuring advisors in the market. They have picked up some very high profile cases and have a very strong pipeline of work which has resulted in this current recruitment process for an advisory and restructuring professional.
This role sits in their core advisory team which covers Independent Business Reviews (IBRs), pre-lending and options reviews, accelerated M&A, contingency planning and cash flow modelling assignments.
As the Assistant Manager, you will project manage on these type assignments and you will be expected to offer guidance to those Executives part way through their ACA exams.
To be considered for the role, you will need to be a qualified accountant with no more than 2-3 years post qualified experience. A background in working on advisory restructuring engagements in the Big 4, a restructuring boutique or working for one of the top mid-tier accountancy firms will work well. Equally, those with an audit or transaction services background shall also be considered.
