Business Development Manager - Real estate
We are currently working with a established global law firm on an opportunity at BDM level covering the Real estate practice group. The role has a broad marketing & business development mix focusing on projects and campaigns with a global focus.
Attributes/experience to demonstrate;
* Understanding the pitch/bids process - whilst the role is not heavy in this area, prior experience gained within a professional services environment will be needed to be considered for the role.
* Marketing collateral & social media - You will be heavily involved in the output of marketing content for the Real Estate group, this will include more traditional methods + taking ownership of social & digital media feeds.
* Partner & Client facing work - Demonstrating the gravitas to work closely with the internal stakeholders will be pivotal, you will also have experience at client targeting & driving strategy.
We are being quite open to the level at which we would bring someone into this role, considering either experienced managers or Senior Executive who feel capable and ready to step into a management position.
Prior experience within the Real estate sector either industry side or from within another law firm would be highly beneficial but by no means a prerequisite.
