Business Development Manager - Litigation
This award winning mid-size law firm has a truly open and inclusive culture. They have offices across international locations, and are leaders in their field. This growing firm has ambitious plans for expansion, and are in a position to upskill their Business Development team, currently looking for a BD Manager within their Litigation practice.
This role will have full responsibility for the practice and client group and you will be responsible for business planning, key account management, and business development and marketing activity.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Experience of operating at senior executive or junior manager level
-Demonstrable success across a range of BD activity
-Ability to draft effective business plans
-An interest in developing client relationships and targeting
-Experience of working in a law firm
-Evidence of effective partner management skills
This is an excellent opportunity for an experience legal BD professional to step into a full management position, with key responsibility across BD and client relationship. You may come from a large, global law firm, looking for more responsibility and ownership or from a smaller law firm where you are seeking the infrastructure, support and opportunity to make an impact.
