Business Development Manager - Litigation

This opportunity will involve working autonomously as the marketing and business development lead for the firms group growing partner group across UK and Dubai. You would be reporting to the Global Director of Marketing and Business Development and will be based in London.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
*Planning and implementing marketing and business development activities in support of revenue generation and profile
*Identifying key clients for focused business development activities and issues around which brand building campaigns will be deployed
*Manage the marketing/BD budgets and spend for this group.
*Supporting with revenue growth and business development, including, targeting, market research and responding to RFPs and developing pitch proposals
*Identifying cross selling opportunities with other areas of the firm and practice groups, to ensure that partners are collaborating globally where suitable to win work and raise profile.
This role requires that you have strong leadership and managerial skills, commercial sense and confidence, and the ability to understand the needs and expectations of the attorneys and clients. As the Marketing and Business Development Manager you would be able to work autonomously, able to collaborate successfully and have good problem solving skills.
This is a senior role and requires candidates to have existing experience of working in a law in a Business Development manager position. Any experience in working across Litigation or EMEA will be highly beneficial.
