Business Development Manager (Basic + commission)

Following continued growth and expansion plans within their European business this leading Management Consultancy has created a new role for an experienced Business Development Manager whose primary responsibility will be to help drive further partner interaction with some of the consultancies key clients across Europe.

The role offers a high level of exposure internally working within partners on developing key sales strategies and plans as well as externally, where you will be working with c-suite level executives in some leading corporations. This position will be mostly phone based with an aim to build relationships and manage these C-Suite level executives.

Working with both existing and new businesses you will be selling the firms services through a number of channels including referrals, campaigns, networking and events. There will be a base salary for this and also a generous commission scheme.


Responsibilities include:

*Identifying potential clients and booking meetings with the partners of the firm
*Working with sector teams and Partners to develop sales strategies and execute account plans
*Manage sectors contact network and directly reaching out to senior executives to set up in-person meetings

Requirements include:

*Direct sales experience within a consultancy or professional services environment
*A minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales experience
*Experience dealing with senior level executives
*Excellent relationship building skills
*A high touch consultative approach.
*European language skills are preferred
