Business Development Manager - client facing

They are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their Southampton office.

In this business development manager role you will become part of the firm's highly established business development team, driving initiatives and ensuring BD Strategy is effectively delivered. An exciting focus of this role is true client relationship management, actively identifying and building relationships with new clients and pipelining new opportunities. The BD Manager will also provide strong leadership and advice to the BD team, providing expertise and support on a diverse range of BD matters.

To apply to the role you must have a proven track record in business development in a law, property or accountancy firm. You will have a good scope of BD at the strategic level whilst being willing to input operationally, with confidence in delivering targeting presentations, events, campaign and other BD activity. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication skills and a natural networker, able to build effective working relationships across a number of offices regionally.
