Business Development Manager

A highly successful law firm are seeking a Business Development Manager for a 12 month maternity cover in London. You will be responsible for supporting BD services for Media, IP, Technology, Outsourcing and commercial and Corporate practices in the UK.

Your key duties will include:

• Leading the business planning and budgeting to develop long range BD plans for the practices
• Working with the Marketing team and lawyers to build brand and reputation externally
• Working with the Proposals Manager to deliver bids, proposals, client presentations and capability statements
• Developing the key account programme alongside the Head of Client Development

The ideal candidate will be educated to a graduate level and will ideally, have a management or marketing qualification. You will need to have a strong understanding of B2B Marketing, BD and relationship management within a professional services environment, along with demonstrable Partner management skills.
