Business Development Manager

A leading construction consultancy is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the UK business. You will report into the UK Head of Business Development and will be responsible for driving growth and leading work winning transformation across the UK.

This role is both hands-on and strategic. You will be responsible for managing complex bids and supporting the key account managers to ensure relationships are created and maintained.

Responsibilities:
-Developing marketing activities to ensure a strong profile is maintained
-Researching key market trends
-Leading the Bid to Win strategy and managing bids end-to-end
-Contribute to the writing and content production for proposals and coach teams when required
-Supporting the key account managers in developing new propositions for the clients

Requirements
-Business Development experience within professional services is essential
-Property experience would be highly desirable
-Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
-Able to work well within teams
