Business Development and Marketing Assistant
The main duties of the role will include:
*Supporting the Marketing Communications Manager with the day to day press office management: handling incoming journalist enquiries, finding the relevant person to comment, setting up interviews, ensuring articles are written/submitted on time, researching and drafting press releases, and liaising with journalists.
*Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with website updates, social media, digital campaigns and marketing automation
*Liaising with the PR agency to maximise opportunities and help them achieve good results
*Supporting the Client Development Manager in the facilitation of the client care programme, including identifying key themes, compiling list of targets and progressing and drafting quarterly reports for circulation to the wider partnership
*Supporting social media activity and analysis
*Providing support as needed for digital campaigns and projects including planning, execution and measurement
The successful candidate for this role will have excellent organisational skills, have strong writing skills and will have some experience in PR, marketing communications and digital marketing. Being a team player, having a proactive approach and having a desire to develop a career in professional services marketing are essential characteristics.
