Billing Coordinator

A well renowned international law firm are looking for a Billing Coordinator to join their Finance team in their sleek London offices. As the Billing Coordinator you will be assigned to an allocated number of fee-earners assisting with the full billing process.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Producing monthly documents to the fee earners using Aderant
  • Editing proformas
  • Creating and issuing invoices for clients
  • Being the first point of contact for the fee earners in regard to billing enquiries related to their client

Requirements:

  • At least two years' legal billing environment
  • Experience with electronic billing
  • Experience with Aderant is required
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
