Billing Coordinator

A top international law firm are looking for a Billing Coordinator for their London office.

You will be providing administrative services to the firm for billing purposes , duties will include;
*Maintaining a portfolio of WIP to ensure timely billing and effective management of matters
*Attend monthly meetings with partners to discuss billing
*Submit WIP reports to Partners and Fee Earners when required
*Produce billing guides, invoices and credit notes
*Generate SSRS reports as required
*Prepare client invoices when instructed to
*Ensure e-billing requirements are met
*Ensure that invoices comply with agreed client fee arrangements and that they meet legislative requirements
*Follow up on timesheets ensuring that they are kept up to date

To be a successful candidate for this Billing Coordinator role, proven billing coordinator experience is required alongside a good knowledge of Excel and SRA guidelines.
