Billing cashier

A top Law firm are recruiting for a Billings Cashier to join them on a 15 month FTC.

Responsibilities will include:

Processing bills/credit notes daily in line with SAR rules
Assist the billing manager with EU VAT sales return
Provide support to fee earners and secretaries with billing queries and producing reports
Chase fee earners for bill send confirmation
Process time transfers and write offs
Produce missing time reports for each department daily
Assist with client credit control queries
Provide general support to finance function

You will need to be organised and have the ability to manage heavy workloads for this Billings Cashier role. Prior Law firm experience is needed.
