A leading property consultancy is looking to hire a Bids Executive! You will be providing bid support to the project management team, by supporting the project management of information, bid writing, tender coordination and preparing first class presentations.
The main duties of the role will be to:
- Pro-actively manage strategic and/or high value bids, including presentations
- Edit and rewrite standard pitch text
- Ensuring consistent and high quality responses in keeping with the company brand
- Maintain the bid library
- Assist with monitoring bid pipeline and resource availability
This brilliant opportunity will suit an individual who has excellent project management skills, strong experience in bid writing and tender response management and have excellent skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
