Bids Executive

This reputable law firm based in the City of London is recruiting a Bids executive into their highly regarded BD team. This law firm is headquartered in London and has been seeing steady, organic growth in recent years. They are recruiting a Bids Executive to be the main point of contact for all bids across the firm making this an excellent opportunity to step up in your career into a role which will see high level of responsibility and ownership.

Key duties of this role include:
*work closely with partners and associates on bids
*complete ownership of tender process
*facilitating and leading kick off meetings, practice runs debriefs and feedback
*creation and execution of quality, creative and successful pitches
*tracking and logging bid wins/losses
*creation of tender packs, presentations, CV and capability statements
*building a best practice model including your own templates and process as appropriate
*striving for continuous improvement of the bids process

You will have the opportunity to build your own processes and become a valued stakeholder within the wider BD team. This role will suite someone who is experience, ambitious and has the gravitas and experience to take ownership of the bids function and become a valuable asset to the firm.

The ideal person must have:
*experience of managing end to end bids process
*excellent project management skills
*excellent stakeholder management skills
*excellent English writing skills
*a confident, can-do and tactful approach
*experience of working within a corporate environment, including but not limited to professional services (legal, accountancy, consultancy, property, construction) and FS.

This role is paying circa £30,000 - £36,000 pa and is full time, permanent.
