Bid Executive (Birmingham Based)

A successful law firm in Birmingham are searching for a Bid Executive to join their Central Management Team and support the Senior Bid Executive through the bid process, from beginning to end.

Your main duties will include:

  • Assisting with the coordination of all bid activities across sectors within the firm
  • Communicating with partners on bid decisions for received bids
  • Scheduling tender debriefs and providing feedback
  • Providing project management and leadership skills on specific bids

The ideal candidate will have experience with working in a bid/tender submission role in a fast paced, professional services environment. The role will require you to meet multiple deadlines whilst under pressure, along with the necessity for strong project management skills. Having a degree education will be beneficial in the role, as well as experience of working with MS Publisher (or a similar system).
