Bid Coordinator

A leading property firm is looking to hire a Bid Assistant. This is a central and key role within a busy Business Development team. This role will report to the Bid Manager and will be responsible for supporting the BD team grow the UK business.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the coordination of bid and pitch responses through all bid stages
  • Gathering feedback independently on key pitches
  • Supporting the bid manager to develop new ideas and concepts for pitching and presenting
  • Being responsible for producing ad hoc reports on pitch activity

They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is degree educated and has experience working in a bid or marketing capacity within a professional services environment. A keen interest in the property field would be a bonus and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
