BDM (DR) - FTC

An international forward-thinking firm are now recruiting for a Business Development manager to join their IP/IT and disputes groups on a fix term contract in the London office. You will be an asset within the marketing department and working closely with the group Bd manager to ensure all the groups you are supporting are performing effectively and also some key stakeholders and clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take that step up into a managerial role or someone looking to take on more responsibility as a manager.

Main duties:

  • Work with the Group BD Manager in developing and implementing business plans and a programme of tactical activity for each area of responsibility.
  • As the business development manager, you will Take responsibility for managing BD budgets, tracking spends and preparing cost/ benefit and analysis.
  • Attend client networking events alongside fee earners and proactively engage with clients, intermediaries and targets, this will also allow you to gain opportunities to develop client relationships.
  • And lastly, help develop and manage internal communications to ensure that there is a good understanding of BD activities throughout the Business Group.

There are a few requirements that the firm have in mind for you so that you have a higher chance of being considered. It would be great if you could have some preivpous experience in marketing within professional services environment and some managing experience would be great too.
