Client Relationship Specialist - Crime

We are assisting in delivering an ambitious project within the legal sector and are looking for a BD individual who is keen to explore an opportunity outside of a traditional law firm setup. The role is a newly created position within the business with the key overall objective to diversify the organisations client base.

Core aspects of the role will include;

• Designing and putting into practice a BD model & infrastructure to meet the requirements of the senior leadership team in line with the deliverables set out.

• Create a client relationship strategy for the business, targeted at cross selling & diversifying the client base.

• Be responsible for enhancing the mind-set and culture of the business, making it more commercially aware and driving new revenue streams.

As the sole individual responsible for this particular area of the business you will have to display gravitas to obtain buy-in from senior internal stakeholders and the board.

We are ideally looking for individuals within the legal market who have operated at management level however we may look at strong individuals who are ready to step up to this level.
