BD Manager - Lifesciences

This leading international law firm is hiring a BD Manager to join their successful Lifesciences group. With an international remit you will manage and execute the marketing and business development activities across the group with the support of a Business Development Executive.

The role will see you develop measurable activities such as managing thought leadership campaigns to target new business as well as client campaigns, working with partners on cross-selling and profile-raising initiatives as well as an oversite of the pitches generated through the sector.

The Lifesciences for the group has an extensive and long standing client base, so your focus will be in creating business development and marketing activity which effectively targets and developes clients in this area.

You must have a proven track record in marketing and business development within professional services, ideally within a major law firm or an accountancy firm. The gravitas to coach and encourage partners to take an active part in business development is essential for this role and so you must be confident in facing partners and influencing.

This is a great opportunity for a BD professional looking for a new challenge in a sector driven role. You will have autonomy of this group but have the support of BD Executive dedicated to this area.
