BD Manager - Financial Services

I have an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a leading International Law firm in their London office. Reporting to the Head of Business Development and will be responsible for driving growth within the Financial Services market.

This role will require you to develop the sector strategy and drive a focus on thought leadership. You will also project manage sales opportunities and pitches, manage major accounts, create new relationships and project manage the European FS plans. You will have the support of a BD Executive in this role and work with partners across a national and international remit.

Although a background in the legal profession would be beneficial this role is also open to individuals from a Financial Services background. You will also have proven experience in the following areas:

• ability to build long term relationships
• excellent communication and project management skills
• knowledge of the FS market
• effective networking skills
• experience in delivering budgets and business plans
• experience in driving effective and client centric thought leadership
