BD Manager - Finance

A highly entrepreneurial international law firm is recruiting a proactive Business Development Manager to be part of their growing London office on a permanent basis. This opportunity is refreshingly different to the standard legal BD role. We are looking for truly business savvy specialists who thrive in a role working closely with partners to identify and lead on proactively going to market and generating client opportunities.

This role is not about high levels of churning bids or maintaining procurement proposals and transactional client relationships. What it will give you is a chance to proactively identify and directly contact clients, being the face of the firm and introducing partners to their next instruction.

This opportunity will be intellectually demanding and extremely client facing, working across an international framework. Your counterparts are high performers and the fee earners working with you will look to you for commercially sound business development consultation. All administrative and transactional aspects are taken care of by the central marketing team and executives.

This is probably one of the most exciting business development opportunities I have been instructed on so far.
