BD Manager - Employment, Pensions and Reward

An opportunity is available for a Business Development Manager to join this international law firm in their Employment and Reward team. This role is working with the support of a team BD Assistant and reporting into the Head of Business Development.

This group is dynamic and diverse, with a wide geographical base making the marketing and BD varied and interesting. You will therefore need to have a strategic and confident approach, working closely with the partnership to drive their BD plans and help win business through a high success rate of bids. There will also be a heavy campaigns element to this role. There are six key sectors within this group so you will need to be confident in delivering targeted marketing campaigns to different sectors.

The ideal candidate will need to be operating at managerial level with demonstrable confidence in driving and delivering successful BD and marketing business plans.
