BD Manager (9-12 month Mat cover)

A well-known law firm are seeking a Business Development Manager for maternity cover over 9-12 months to serve as a BD liaison between the firms London and Munich offices. Working directly with the managers, you will be responsible for a range of BD and Marketing initiatives.

Your main duties will include:

• Developing/coordinating the marketing and client development plans
• Refining procedures relating to the firms BD infrastructure
• Being the lead project manager for UK/Europe focusses RFPs and pitches - sometimes contributing to global RFPs and pitches
• Participating in hiring and managing junior members for your team
• Working with the marketing team to hold programs and events

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience with at least 4 years of experience in law firms or other professional services industries. To be considered for the role you must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and have demonstrable PC skills.
