This accountancy firm is looking for a BD Manager to join the marketing team based in London. This is a varied role, working alongside partners from across the firm to develop new business opportunities in various practices and sectors.
A key responsibility of this position will be to work collaboratively with fee-earners and steer the bid process from initial RFP right through to pitch. This will mean conducting full bid/no bid decisions, compiling and writing content and submitting the tender as well as conducting full debriefs with all involved. You will work with the Head of marketing to deliver firm wide ad hoc BD projects and campaigns and work with the partner to keep close to clients, conducting satisfaction surveys, capturing potential leads and opportunities flagged from other marketing activities such as events and working closely with the partners to understand their target clients and spot opportunities in line with their needs.
The ideal candidate will have professional services experience, gravitas and experience working with fee-earners and a clear understanding and experience of end to end bid management.
