BD Executive - Real Estate

Business Development - Real Estate - £30,000 - £35,000

A leading global firm with a great story is now looking for a Business development Executive to help make their marketing and firm wide BD plans become a reality. The firm are going through a great growth and it would be a great chance to get involved in and be a part of that. This role is for their London office on a permanent basis and you will be working closely with the senior RE BD manager and your role will revolve around the real estate team as you will have the duty of ensuring its delivery is successful.

Your main duties:

• Managing the delivery of compelling marketing and client meeting material into print-ready and web format.
• Managing the Real Estate practice portal for all marketing and client meeting material.
• Working closely with the Events team to plan, execute and follow up on internal and external events.
• Coordinating maintenance of client information on our CRM system.
• Implementing business and marketing plans for specific groups within the Real Estate practice (e.g. Hotels and Leisure, Investment, Planning and more).

Requirements:

• Having marketing or BD experience.
• Good IT knowledge such as the Microsoft package
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience within professional services/ real estate would be a huge plus!
