BD and Marketing Assistant - Dubai

A leading international law firm is looking to recruit a Business Development and Marketing Assistant to be part of their Dubai office on a permanent basis to help lead the project management of pitch documents. You will be providing full support to the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices in various BD activities to help increase the firm's revenue.

The firm are looking for someone who is bright, proactive and will work with partners, directors and other colleagues at all levels of seniority. The role will also involve:

* Producing clear, concise and accurate first drafts of pitch and proposal documents.
* Lead and project manage senior stakeholder management and all aspects of transactional/panel pitches and capability documents.
* Assist the distribution of client publications.
* Deliver proactive communications as well as working with a PR agency to help generate opportunities.
* Assist with the planning and implementation of any seminars, roundtables or events for clients on key topics.

This will be a very varied, busy and hands on role, working as part of a small BD and Marketing team working across UAE and alongside a much larger BD and marketing department. This role will suit an individual that has previous BD and Marketing experience of at least 1-2 years in a law firm, which is essential. You will be a team player who has strong project and stakeholder management skills, excellent attention to detail and can work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
