An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to step up into an Associate Director role with one of the UK's leading accountancy practices.
The role will centre around you executing financial due diligence assignments on both buy side and sell side transactions whilst also supporting the team in new business generation.
Naturally, you will lead on specific engagements across multiple sectors and will be in charge of fieldwork teams who will complete financial analysis for due diligence reporting. You will review and analyse financial models, complete due diligence reports and assist with sales pitches for new business.
3-5 years PQE as a qualified chartered accountant and strong exposure to due diligence will be important. The ability to project manage and get involved in active business development will all form useful experience for a role at Associate Director grade.
