A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Archiving Administrator to join a leading Global law firm based in extremely impressive offices in the heart of the City.

This Archiving Administrator role will work as part of a team, in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.

To be successful in this Archiving Administrator role you will be highly organised, be flexible in your approach and have amazing attention to detail.

Working for a large, hugely successful Global law firm, this Archiving Assistant role is an integral part of the business support function.

This Archiving Assistant role will include the updating of relevant systems to correctly record the location of all items, working to tight processes and procedures and various document management tasks.

The main skills and attributes needed for the Archiving Assistant role include:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Solid IT skills - a good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly organised with the ability to plan your workload
  • Able to use own initiative
