Advisory Senior Manager

An opportunity has come up for an insolvency professional in a boutique practice, consisting of seven partners and approximately thirty staff, to join as a Senior Manager for their Advisory offering.

The business carries out corporate advisory and restructuring assignments - sourcing their work from several Asset Based Lenders and Banks to name a few.

With a growing pipeline and a skill shortage at the "Manager" grade, the firm are looking for an experienced restructuring / advisory professional with previous managerial experience (i.e. M / SM) in this industry, who would want to work in a focused advisory role on projects focused on IBRs, contingency planning, options analysis amongst other opportunities.

The culture is an ambitious one and you will be afforded autonomy to develop your career up the ranks - the Company has examples of staff who have risen up to Partner level.

The firm are known for "punching above their weight" bringing in high-profile cases and they are particularly good at sourcing work from retail, care home and hotel sectors.

Whilst the firm are established in Insolvency, your time will be focused on the advisory work that the firm are involved in. If you are looking to move away from formal insolvency, this is a great opportunity with an established boutique.

You would need:

• At least 5 years' insolvency/restructuring experience
• Previous managerial experience at Manager / Senior Manager level
• To be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CA etc)
• Prior advisory experience i.e. IBRs, contingency planning, due diligence, options analysis etc.

You will be part of an ambitious, high-performing team, afforded the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments in different sectors.
