Acquisitions & Post-Deal Integration Senior Manager

We have teamed up with one of the Big 4 to help identity an experienced deals and transactions professional to operate as a Senior Manager in a team dedicated to the growth of the firm cross the EMEIA.
This division supports the business by identifying acquisitions & alliances, developing new services and ideas and supporting with the post-deal integration process across the regions.
This role will provide exposure to global senior leadership, the corporate development head and regional leads across the EMEIA.
One of the key aspects to this job is to be able to progress identified targets through the acquisition stages with emphasis on post-NDA deal progression. The team already has a very strong pipeline of deals identified and so this is not so much a deal origination role but one about deal execution and, integration post deal completion.
You will work closely with the corporate development team on various workstreams to progress targets through due diligence and execution of acquisitions as well as help develop and provide input into valuation and synergy models.
As the acquisitions lead, you will be heavily involved in supporting deal sponsors and regional leadership to develop executable integration plans that align with regional strategies.
Fundamentally, the core skills required to conduct this role will be for you to have:
- extensive experience in executing deals from business case development through to close, and post-close integration;
- strong business modelling experience;
- developed integration plans;
- quantitative and qualitative analysis including solid excel skills.
Prior transactions experience with an investment bank, corporate development department or consulting firm; ideally both due diligence and integration experience.
