Are you an experienced VAT professional looking to join a growing advisory team where you'll work on a broad range of complex and interesting VAT projects?

You'll manage a varied client portfolio across sectors including financial services, insurance, fintech, property and retail, providing commercially focused VAT advice while building strong client relationships and supporting the growth of the practice.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio of VAT clients and acting as a trusted adviser.
• Delivering practical VAT advice across a wide range of technical issues.
• Supporting clients with HMRC enquiries, disputes and compliance matters.
• Advising on transactions, restructurings and due diligence projects.
• Identifying new advisory opportunities and supporting business development.
• Managing WIP, billing and project delivery.
• Reviewing work and mentoring junior team members.
• Delivering VAT training and sharing technical knowledge across the business.

What We're Looking For

• Strong VAT advisory experience gained within practice.
• Excellent technical VAT knowledge.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering projects.
• Strong report-writing and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
• The ability to explain complex VAT issues in a clear and practical way.
• ACA, CTA or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
