A leading specialist US tax advisory practice is recruiting a US Tax Graduate to join its growing team in Oxford or London. The firm is investing heavily in technology and AI‑enabled tools to modernise delivery, enhance analysis, and create a smarter, more sustainable way of working as it scales.

The Role

From day one, you'll be part of a collaborative team advising US and internationally mobile individuals on complex tax matters, including:

  • US UK individual tax compliance
  • US expatriate and cross‑border tax issues
  • Exposure to trusts, estates, and private client planning
  • Working closely with senior advisers on technically challenging client work

You'll develop deep technical skills while also gaining exposure to how technology and process innovation are used to improve accuracy, efficiency, and client service.

About You

  • Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree expected)
  • Degree in a numerate or analytical discipline (e.g. Accounting, Economics, Maths, Law, STEM, or similar)
  • Genuine interest in tax, international work, and problem‑solving
  • Comfortable with detail, data, and technical concepts
  • Curious, motivated, and keen to grow in a fast‑evolving profession

No prior tax experience is required - full training will be provided.
