UK Account Manager

This top global law firm are currently recruiting for a Key Client Account Manager to work with a portfolio of the UK business's Key Clients to manage and develop some of the firms largest client relationship. Managing your own portfolio of Key Clients you'll work with Relationship Partners to identify opportunities for growth and revenue optimisation.

Key duties will be:

  • Developing a client plan to identify market target areas
  • Analyse and establish most appropriate client management tools and systems
  • Alongside strategic marketing managers work to identify new client opportunities
  • Implementation of procedures for top quality client care
  • Manage client communication channels
  • Working to ensure client intelligence is shared with core and wider teams within he firm
  • Creating and implement client development plans
  • Ensuring client is managed in line with best practice procedures and all parties involved on key client are aligned

A proven background in client relationship management is essential along with the ability to demonstrate advanced stakeholder management skills.
