Transaction Services Manager or Senior Manager

We are proud to be working with a market leading advisory firm to actively recruit a Transaction Services Manager or Senior Manager. This London based team is looking for an experienced Corporate Finance professional who specialises within Transaction Services (financial due diligence).

This advisory team works across strategy, operations, improvement, and transactional project levels, promoting all team members to become experts across a range of sectors. This opportunity is ideally suited to someone who can develop the Transaction Service business, and mentor the team along the way.

In this role your responsibilities will include supporting the Corporate Finance team alongside other managers and partners, project managing large Financial Due Diligence engagements and building strong and lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• 2 years PQE experience within Transaction Services / financial due diligence
• Previous management experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
